Outside of Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, nobody else is even close. Hillary is at 75% approval--57% among Republicans--with Gates at 69%.
This may be less surprising than it appears initially. As Secretary of State, Hillary is almost always in a position of either defending the United States or expressing the position of the United States. These make for positive images on television.
Secondly, she and Gates are, for lack of a better term, the administration's "hawks." If Republicans would support anyone in the administration, it would be those two.
