Jonathan Alter cites, as an example of Sarah Palin's inexperience, this exchange:
"What is it exactly that the vice president does all day?" Palin offhandedly asked CNBC anchor Larry Kudlow in July.
Obviously, this seems like a dumb question to an inside-the-beltway politics junkie like Alter, but I'm guessing that most people identify more with Palin than with Alter.
