Iowa grapples with "the crazy, give a handgun to a schizophrenic bill"

An Iowa legislator's comment is picked up by a mike he didn't think was on, during which time he referred to a gun bill as "the crazy, give a handgun to a schizophrenic bill."  

The legislator plans to vote in favor of it, which he probably would have done even without the NRA's generous donation, because, you know, it's guns.
