The headline of his post at the Daily Caller--"Who is Valarie Jarrett?"--prompts the question.
I ask because I sat down to browse through his new book on Pres. Obama at Barnes and Noble the other day. The book is titled The Amateur.
The opening chapter tells how, last year, Bill and Hillary Clinton were in their Chappaqua kitchen, and he was urging her to run against Pres. Obama. Hillary was being a hard sell. Bill kept pushing and pushing, and finally said she had to run because "he's an amateur!"
I don't know the inner workings of the Clinton's relationship, but I know enough to know that this never happened. He may have a source who claims it did, but it didn't. Therefore, why read what he has to say about Valarie Jarrett?
I haven't bothered to look him up but Klein has written some gossipy books about the Kennedys. I wouldn't believe him, either.
